The Drop Bracelet is the most restrained piece in the Verev collection. A single oval diamond sits bezel-set at the very top of a slim, uninterrupted arc of 18k gold — no other stones, no texture, no decoration. The arc is polished to a mirror finish so that the gold itself becomes part of the visual weight.
The clasp is a length of substantial hand-fabricated chain link, a deliberate counterpoint to the clean arc: where the bangle is rigid and smooth, the chain falls loose and catches sound. The spring ring closure sits naturally at the inner wrist, where it disappears under the fall of the chain.
The diamond is oval — chosen because the shape echoes the disc motif of the collection without repeating it exactly. In a different light, it reads as a water droplet caught just before falling.
The Story
The Drop Bracelet was conceived as the quietest piece in Verev — a study in what the collection would look like if reduced to a single gesture. The chain clasp was not an afterthought; it was designed first, as the structural element that would allow the bangle arc to be as thin as possible without a mechanical hinge.
